Inertia books entire complexes & buildings for students to keep the party rolling. Exclusively with Inertia, you only need To be at least 18 years of age to book & stay. Why book a boring hotel room with 2 beds when you can book massive, Multiple beachfront condos in the same spot so your whole group can stay & party together. College friendly spots 100%

We offer differing levels of accommodations to host different group sizes & budget. Our categories guarantee you will Stay in one of the complexes within that category – though Inertia chooses for the flat price offered. We do not split Up groups provided you have all made your initial deposit deadlines by the required deadline. For just $50 more per Person, you can select our Property Assurance for $50 per person – you then pick & are guaranteed that property.

Sunchase is right on the beach with 2 & 3 bedroom condos. Each condo has a full sized kitchen, living room, and multiple bedrooms & athrooms. There is a pool & heated outdoor jacuzzi. The grounds are great for hanging out before going to the parties, and the location is the very best we have as it is the closest to the club district. All condos face the beach or pool and is perfect for our Greek Houses & groups. Sunchase is xclusively available with Inertia Tours.

WALK TO BEACH CONDOS CATEGORY

Walk to Beach Condos ***

This is a true “category” booking as these condos aren’t typically named, but are guaranteed to be within (2) City blocks of the beach. Located up and down the Island in 4, 6, and 8 plexes you can rest assured they are of adequate quality & clean. Full kitchens, living rooms, & all have a complex pool. 2-6 people are typically 1 bedroom condos, 7-8 two bedroom condos. Occasionally we do use private homes if 10 or more people. Linens/towels/etc included. Your property is assigned at check in & location is not guaranteed but you will 100% be on Island. Remember, only 7 miles of the Island is inhabited anyway. Book and save.

Dine Out Meal Plan

Only with Inertia do you have the option to add our Dine Out Meal plan at various restaurants around the Island. Our 3 night trips have 6 meals, our 4 night trips 8 meals, and our 5 & 7 night trips 10 meals. These are basic meals at pre set times at different restaurants. $2 cash tip & tax is not included, and we do NOT charge for the meals.
You generally will receive a breakfast each day + 1 more daily lunch or dinner (depends on day) at pre set times, not “anytime,”
Please note these facts on our Dine Our Meal Plan:
  • Meals are not all you can eat nor “filet mignon.” They are simple Like burger & fries, tacos, etc. A vegetarian option is always available
  • Meals are not at your hotel or condo but at restaurants
  • Be reasonable. South Padre is not a major city with gourmet food
  • You paid an extremely low price for this package, we do not charge For these meals. Condos have kitchens – cook if you’d like
  • Transportation is not included, nor is $2 tax/tip payable in cash at Time of service ($3 if credit or debit card used – come prepared)
  • Expect a wait if coming at peak times. Re read this please.
Past Restaurants used have included Las Olas at Peninsula, Holiday Inn Beach Bar, Josefinas, Kohnami, Senor Donkey, Daddy’s, d’ Pizza Joint, Subway, Pier 19, Russo’s, & more.

Spring Break South Padre Trip Pricing & Packages

South Padre packages include a condo or hotel stay, our dine our meal plan, and our Red Carpet VIP Party Package with cover charge to all our Nightly parties at different clubs & bars. Early sign ups may also receive as a free premium our Party Yacht “Booze Cruise” ($40 value) as well as discounted tickets & express entry to any Headliner concert at Clayton’s. We do have our Monday Pool Party @ Peninsula as well as Clayton’s Spring Break Beach Stage other select dates & don’t forget our no cover charge Sunday nighs we are at the brand new two story Kraken Arena @ Montana’s – with $1 lone star beers till 11 pm. Thursday we are at the brand new JJs Party Barn the Island’s only true nightclub with $2 drink & shot specials until 11 pm. plus the Tuesday Night pool party. Our travelers exclusively can add the PadreManiac Party card for $75 which includes the Steve Aoki & Kodak Black Concerts ($25 off normal price of $100) .Other weeks of spring break schedule same just no concerts on Island

Inertia sells a category of accommodations, such as our Standard Beachfront Party Hotels, Walk to Beach Condos category, or our Ultimate Beach Condos category. You are guaranteed to be placed within that category of accommodations. We do NOT split up group provided all members have made their initial deposit at the same time (by deadline). For $50 a group may add the Property Assurance, which allows the group to select an exact property prior to arrival – inquire on availability as our best properties do sell out 100%.

Just a $100 down payment deposit per person is required to make your reservation before we SELL OUT Each person can individually pay on our site using their own credit card.

Payments are then divided up evenly by the remaining months between time of deposit and February when last Payment is due. If you book within (31) days of arrival, full payment may be due when you book – inquire.
